Sweet Corn niblets- Boiled Potatoes Ginger Garlic paste Green Chillies Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Dhana, jeera powder Cornflour Salt
Boil in the sweet corn niblets and potatoes. Grind part of the corn and keep the remaining as it is. Mash the potatoes and add all the ingredients. Mix them well . Deep fry in oil.

Hi All,
Suddenly had this urge to post some good recepies that i have learned from my friends & relatives. Dint really enjoy cooking till I got married. After comin to Pune, learned a lot of recepies from my dear friend Aarti. Shes an amazing cook and an excellent teacher when it comes to cooking.
This first recepie is especially for you Sanobar... Had promised to send the Chicken Cafreal recepie to you for quite some time now. Thought it best to put it down here so that you could refer it anytime u wanted.
Chicken Cafreal
Ingredients: Chicken 1kg 2-3 medium sized onions- finely sliced Ginger Garlic Paste Green Chillies Corainder Corainder powder Garam masala Salt to taste Vinegar 2-3 tsp
Heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep fry onions till crisp and golden brown. Drain and reserve for garnish
Make deep incisions on the chicken pieces. keep the chicken pieces mediumly cut
Make a paste of green chillies, corainder, ginger garlic, corainder powder, garam masala & salt
Marinate the chicken with lime, and this entire masala and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hrs
Heat sufficient oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken and cook covered on mediun heat. Add warm water if needed to avoid scorching. Cook till done
When almost done add vinegar and cook
Garnish it with fried onions.
This dish is more of a starter. You could even marinate potatoes in the same paste and deep fry it;)
